Offshore Construction & Engineering

TAD Offshore provides a full complement of offshore construction & engineering which includes but is not limited to dredging, canalization, piping, civil, structural, mechanical, process, electrical and instrumentation.

We provide a full range of ROW survey & clearing, excavation, pipeline stringing and welding, NDT, hydro-testing, flushing, joint coating, lower-in and backfilling. We also undertake complete suite of pipeline pre-commissioning and commissioning services under a single project management team to provide enhanced safety and quality. 

Along with our OSV inventory, we provide the following vessels/equipment to carryout offshore construction operations:

Drilling Rigs

TAD Offshore delivers end-to-end access to high-spec drilling assets sourced, certified, and mobilized to international HSE and operational benchmarks (ISO, IADC, API). Our fleet coverages includes: 

• Jack-Up Rigs

• Swamp Rigs: Shallow-draft, barge-mounted units engineered for marsh conditions, optimized for inland waterways. For drilling depths up to 30,000ft.

• Land Rigs: 750–3000 HP

We provide technical screening and contracting, pre-mob audits, logistics & importation support, crew & competency management, spares and OEM support. 

Security Services

TAD Offshore's inventory consists of ballistic & non-ballistic security vessels.

Our vessels operate under MOU with the Nigerian Navy, licensed to carry out surveillance, escort, and intervention duties. With our 24/7 operations control room, we provide uninterrupted support for our security provision, ensuring that the safety and supervision of our clients are always prioritized.
